It answers in a clone of your voice and actually talks with the caller, asking follow-up questions, reacting naturally, and handling the back-and-forth of a real conversation. You stay in control the whole time. You decide which contacts NAG answers for and how it handles each one. A friend can ring through to your real phone while a solicitor gets a short, polite conversation and a summary in your log. Unknown callers get one default rule you set, so every call is handled the way you want without you ever picking up.
When a call is done, NAG writes a short summary and, if you enable it, a full transcript. You can read what was said in seconds and decide whether to call back. If a call is urgent, NAG can text you the moment it's flagged so you can jump in immediately.
