These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of NAG ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
NAG provides AI-powered call and message shielding. You designate a phone number, configure AI personas, and the Service screens, answers, and manages communications on your behalf according to your preferences.
The Service may record and transcribe calls answered by AI personas. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local call-recording and consent laws. The AI persona discloses its artificial nature when asked, but this does not replace your legal obligation to obtain consent where required.
You agree not to use the Service to record conversations without proper consent, to deceive callers in ways prohibited by law, or for any unlawful purpose.
The voice clone feature builds a model of your voice from recordings you provide. You represent that you have the right to use the voice you record, and that you will not use the Service to clone the voice of any other person without their consent. Your voice recordings and clone are tied to your account, are never sold, and are never used to clone anyone else. You may delete your voice data at any time from Settings.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for harassment, fraud, or deception prohibited by law; (b) attempt to access another user's data; (c) misuse the AI personas to impersonate real individuals without consent; (d) reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; or (e) resell or sublicense the Service without authorization.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Phone number provisioning through Twilio may incur costs that are billed to your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
AI personas generate responses autonomously. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your personas and handling modes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed communications, incorrect AI responses, or recording-consent violations.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
