NAG ("we", "us", "our") operates a call-shielding platform that uses AI personas to manage, screen, and respond to communications on your behalf. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
To make NAG sound like you, we collect voice recordings you provide through the Voice Training Studio or through a training-mode call to your NAG number. These recordings are stored privately and used only to build and update your personal voice clone. Your voice recordings and clone are tied to your account, are never sold, and are never used to build a voice clone for anyone else.
You can delete your voice recordings and your voice clone at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. When you delete your voice data, the recordings and the trained clone are removed from your account.
When a call or text is answered by an AI persona, we may transcribe and record the conversation to generate summaries, detect intent, and improve the quality of the interaction. Recordings and transcripts are associated with your account and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.
You are responsible for complying with applicable call-recording consent laws in your jurisdiction. The AI persona is configured to disclose its artificial nature when asked. By using NAG, you acknowledge that calls may be recorded and transcribed.
We store the phone numbers you designate as shield numbers, the contacts and actors you create, and the communication history (calls, messages, summaries) generated through the service. This data is used to screen, route, and respond to communications according to your configured preferences.
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access to your account is protected by authentication. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Conversation transcripts and summaries are retained for the lifetime of your account unless you delete them. You may delete individual conversations, contacts, or your entire account at any time. Deleting data is permanent and cannot be undone.
We use Twilio for telephony services (call routing, SMS, number provisioning) and AI providers for persona generation. These providers process data solely to deliver the service and under their own privacy policies.
You can delete your voice recordings, your voice clone, individual conversations, contacts, or your entire account at any time from Settings. The "Delete Account" option permanently removes your shield number, contacts, personas, conversations, voice recordings, voice clone, and account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

NAG is not intended for use by individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
